Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are listed in no particular order. All bookings are made on the assumption that you have read the terms and conditions and accept them.
- All quotes are valid for 6 months from the date given.
- If we reply to an enquiry to confirm a date is available it does not constitute a booking. A booking is not confirmed until:
You give us the collection and delivery addresses and contact phone number for both parties.
We have replied to state you are in the diary and booking is confirmed. - We require a £50.00 deposit which is non refundable if cancelled within 5 days of collection. Balance is due 5 days prior to the date of transport. For bookings within 5 days full payment is due at the time of booking.
- The best way to contact us is by email, our quote form or via the contact us form so that we have a paper trail. Using other methods to reach us have drawbacks or could result in delayed response.
- House relocation bookings are made with the understanding that dates may change, or chain collapses or solicitor queries. Bookings are moved on with no loss of deposit if a minimum of 5 days are given for the changes. Your booking will continue to be moved on as instructed as long as there is date availability.
